What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens when something goes wrong. In plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

These terms cover your use of this website. The work itself is governed by the written proposal we send you, which lists the deliverables, the timeline and the price. Where the proposal and this page disagree, the proposal wins.
Price ranges published on this site are indicative, not offers. The binding number is the one in your written proposal. All prices exclude GST. A quote holds for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Project work is billed in milestones, typically a part to begin, a part on approval and the balance at launch. Monthly work is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts, and we will tell you before we do.
Everything. The domain, the website, the code, the ad accounts, the CRM and all the data are registered in your name and remain yours. On final payment, all rights in the work we produced for you transfer to you. We keep the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, and we will never publish your figures without written permission.
Timely feedback, access to the accounts we need, and accurate information about your business. Most delays on projects come from waiting for content or approvals, and a timeline assumes replies within about three working days.
Two full rounds of design revisions are included, then detail changes until you are happy. Work outside the agreed deliverables is quoted separately before it starts, never invoiced as a surprise.
Monthly work has no lock-in: one month of written notice and it stops, and you keep everything. For project work, if you cancel partway we invoice for the work completed to that point and hand over what exists.
We do not guarantee rankings, lead volumes or revenue, because none of those are within anyone's control. We commit to the deliverables, the timeline and the price in your proposal. If we fail to ship what is on that list, that is on us and we will fix it or refund that portion.
Campaigns depend on platforms we do not control, including Google and Meta. Their policies, pricing and account decisions are theirs. We will advise and appeal where we can, but we are not liable for a platform suspending or changing something on its own.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Anything you tell us about your business stays between us. This applies both ways and continues after the work ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Before anyone involves a court we will try to sort it out on a call, which in our experience resolves almost everything.
