About

The person you
call is the person
who does the work.

NeverOff is Viplove Vats. Five years in paid media, SEO, social and sales, now spent almost entirely on making marketing run itself. There is no account manager in the middle relaying your message to somebody you never meet, because there is nobody else to relay it to.

Viplove Vats.

Viplove Vats, founder of NeverOff
Viplove VatsFounder, NeverOff
New Delhi, working remotely

I have spent about five years in marketing: paid media, SEO, social and sales, mostly for businesses where one missed enquiry is a real amount of money. Property, education, healthcare, e-commerce and hospitality, in that rough order.

What changed recently is that AI got good enough to do the parts of this job that were always done badly, not because people are careless but because nobody has the hours. Following up a quote four times. Answering the same five questions at eleven at night. Moving a number from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet. I started NeverOff to build that properly for small businesses rather than talk about it.

The clearest example is the one I lived through. I took over at Spice of South in New Delhi and rebuilt the listings, the pricing, the offers and the campaigns, then built them a website, a POS and an AI concierge. Monthly revenue went from about Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 3.5 lakh on roughly Rs 30,000 a month in ads, with online delivery growing from about Rs 20,000 to around Rs 1,10,000 of that. The rest of the numbers are on the work page.

I am also certified by Anthropic in Claude Associate, Claude Code in Action and Claude on Google Cloud, and working towards Claude Architect. I mention it only because this site sells AI work and you are entitled to ask whether the person selling it has actually been trained on it.

(03) How I work

How I work, and what I will not do.

Six promises, and the reason each one is here. They are not values on a wall. Every one of them costs money to keep, which is the only kind worth printing. Keep scrolling and they move on their own.

01 / 06

You own everything

The domain, the website, the code, the ad accounts, the CRM and every lead are registered in your name from the first day. Not mine, not an agency account you are a guest in. On final payment every right in the work transfers to you in writing.

Why it is hereIf you leave tomorrow you take all of it and I hand over the logins the same week. Agencies that hold your accounts are not serving you, they are making it expensive to go elsewhere.
02 / 06

No lock-in, ever

One month of written notice on anything monthly and it stops. No minimum term, no exit fee, no clause that quietly renews for a year. Project work is fixed scope with the deliverables listed, so there is no open commitment there either.

Why it is hereThe month a client stops getting value is the month they should be able to leave. If they cannot, I have stopped earning the retainer and started collecting it.
03 / 06

I will talk you out of things

If your budget will not produce a result worth having, you hear that before you spend rather than in month three. Sometimes the honest answer is that your site is fine and nobody can find it, or that you need one service rather than the four you came asking about.

Why it is hereIt costs me work every time and it is the single reason clients stay and refer. A quote I talked down is worth more than one I let a client regret.
04 / 06

Prices are published

Ranges for every service are on this site, set against what the Indian market actually charges in 2026, with the research and the sources written up in full. No gatekeeping a number behind a discovery call.

Why it is hereYou should be able to decide in ninety seconds whether we are in your universe. Making you book a call to find out wastes your evening and my morning.
05 / 06

No invented proof

No stock photographs of a team that does not exist, no testimonials written in-house, no logos of companies that were never clients. The work page carries one case study with first-hand numbers and three live sites you can open right now.

Why it is hereWhen the other builds produce results they will appear with the same detail as Spice of South. Until then the page says plainly that they have not been running long enough to claim anything.
06 / 06

Straight reporting

A monthly report in plain language: enquiries, where each came from, what each cost, how many became customers, and what changes next month. Not impressions, not reach, not engagement rate.

Why it is hereIf a channel is not working the report says so in the first line rather than hiding it behind a chart that goes up. You cannot fix what your agency is managing your perception of.

(04) Honest position

Where this is right now.

NeverOff is young, and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on this site. Here is the honest position so you can judge it properly.

There is one client with a full set of numbers behind it, Spice of South, and three live builds running for a gym, a brewery and a salon that you can open right now. That is a real body of work and it is not a long one. You are backing judgement and a track record that is still being built, rather than a wall of logos.

The upside is that you get a level of attention an agency with a full book cannot give you. If that trade is wrong for your business, it genuinely is, and you should go with somebody established.

Based in New Delhi

Najafgarh, working with businesses across India and, as of this year, one in Miami. Everything runs over calls, WhatsApp and screen shares.

Registering as a sole proprietorship

Stated plainly rather than dressed up as a company. The privacy policy and terms will name the registered entity the day it exists.

Taking a small number of clients

Deliberately. The work is better when there are few enough of them that I can still answer the phone myself.
