Only what you give us. If you use the booking form that is your name, your phone number, your business name and whatever you type in the message box. If you email us, whatever is in the email. If you talk to the concierge, the text of that conversation.
We also collect ordinary analytics: pages visited, roughly where in the world you are, which site sent you, and what device you used. That is aggregate and does not identify you.
We do not ask for payment details on this website and there is nowhere on it to enter them. We do not buy contact lists. We do not use what you type to train any AI model. The concierge conversation is sent to us and nowhere else.
To answer you, to prepare for a call you asked for, and to understand which parts of the site are working. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone trying to sell you something.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: our email provider, our website host, our form handler and our analytics provider. They are bound to use it only to provide that service. We do not transfer your data to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Ask us to delete any of it sooner and we will.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It stores two things in your own browser: whether you chose a business category, so the service pages can stay tailored, and whether the concierge has already offered to help, so it does not ask twice. Both live on your device, are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@neveroff.agency and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Data sits in reputable hosted services with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority, promptly and without being asked.
This is a service for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
